This valuable addition comes as the company continues its growth having established new offices in Los Angeles, Mexico City, Dubai, Hamburg, Melbourne, Geneva, and New York City over 18 months. In his new capacity, Cousot will play a pivotal role in leading the Behaviorally product team in continual improvement and expansion of the existing product stack. Specifically, Cousot will be essential in furthering integration of AI and other technologies across the company’s market leading package design database, as well as intensifying the company’s commitment to data intelligence innovation, augmenting its potential for growth.

Cousot has also held pivotal roles at Gerson Lehrman Group and Emojam previously. A lifelong learner with a strong technical background, he is dedicated to creating products that ultimately delight people and drive business growth.
