Velez brings over 15 years of expertise in driving innovation, product development, and strategic insights. With a robust background in leveraging AI and market insights, Velez has consistently driven business growth and customer satisfaction across the Latin American region. Velez previously held leadership roles at Crowd Answers, Zappi, System1 (formerly known as BrainJuicer), and GFK. His ability to analyze complex data sets and uncover patterns has been pivotal in driving actionable insights for clients, resulting in substantial business growth.
