Keebler’s new owners, Ferrero were seeking to extend a redesign across the franchise to grow the Keebler brand via incremental sales – with a research focus on Fudge Stripes, Chips Deluxe, E.L. Fudge, and Sandies.

PackFlash™ was able to provide a recommendation on which new design stood the most potential to support/contemporize the brand in market, without alienating current shoppers. It also highlighted key optimizations to remove potential barriers on being Seen and Shopped at shelf.

GROWTH OUTCOMES

The Ferrero team concentrated on core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to select the winning design. These KPIs included standing out on the shelf, being easily located by shoppers, being purchased during a typical shopping trip, and being perceived as very tasty compared to key competitors.
